What happens if the customer has a Telkom Easy Bill profile but has lost their log in details?

The customer needs to sign a LOA on an official company letterhead and send to support@seeclear.co.za. We will assist with creating the new logins.
You must request a copy of the LOA from your account manager.
Please note that when using the LOA, all yellow text must be replaced with the Customer Name.
