Mobile Module

The Mobile module offers reporting across all GSM Mobile voice and data contracts for Cell C, MTN, Telkom Mobile and Vodacom. The Mobile module makes use of both Provider invoices and CDR’s to generate the various reports.

The Mobile module includes reporting on APN's [where applicable].

Fixed Line Module

The Fixed Line module offers reporting across all Fixed Line voice and data services for all major South African Telco’s. The Fixed Line module makes use of both Provider invoices and CDR’s to generate the various reports.

TMS Module [Telephone Management System]

The TMS module provides reporting across all desk phones. The TMS module makes use of only PBX CDR’s to generate the various reports.

Print Module

The Print module provides reporting across all printing devices where we are able to receive appropriate data sources / data feeds relating to print costs and consumption.

Cloud Module [New]

The Cloud Module will encompass all Cloud services that the customer may be procuring from their respective provider(s).

Security Module [New]

The Security Module will encompass all Security services that the customer may be procuring from their respective provider(s).

Admin Module

The Admin Module enables various elements of functionality enabling effective management and maintenance of the platform. Admin Module access is restricted and will only be available to users with the appropriate user log in credentials. Should you require Admin access, please contact your administrator.
