Do the reporting figures include discounts?

In most instances, reports do not include discounts because more often than not, discounts are typically applied at an invoice level and will reflect in the respective invoice report and categorised accordingly.

If discounts are applied at a CDR level, the CDR based reports will contain the actual discount inclusive [where applicable] rates that are imported from the CDR’s.

To view any applicable discounts, one should use the appropriate invoice report.
