Are the CDR’s I see in my Usage Reports the same as the CDR’s the carriers use to bill us?

No. Daily CDR’s are not the same as the monthly billing CDR’s. Generally speaking, they are very close but will not necessarily match 100%. The Providers use billing CDR’s at the end of the month to generate the usage portion of the invoice.
Daily CDR’s are used for alerting and monitoring purposes and not billing.
